Paros Beaches (part1)

Paros has some of the most beautiful and popular beaches in the Greek islands. Paros beaches are characterized for their crystal water and relaxing atmosphere, attracting many visitors every summer. Some beaches in Paros are organized and lined up with seaside hotels, restaurants and beach bars, while others are totally secluded. Paros beaches on the eastern side, particularly Golden Beach and New Golden Beach, provide nice spots for windsurfing and kite surfing. Kolymbithres
Location: 10 km north east of Parikia
Description: Kolymbithres is the most famous beach in the area of Naoussa, the second largest village of Paros. The beach is known for its clean water and the rock formations.

Golden Beach
Location: 24 km south east of Parikia
Description: This is one of the most popular beaches of Paros. It has crystal water, soft sand and the wind is great for windsurfing there. In fact, an international windsurfing competition takes place there every summer.
